psychological facts that people don't know!!

This one has been helpful for me and believe me it works.

Training your brain to wake you up early in the morning.

There is a part of the brain, the subconscious one, which gets activated once you sleep (yeah it is the one which has all the dream parts). Now it's actually possible to access that subconscious part in consciousness. Whatever you dream is mere re-fabrication of what you see in real life. So, the idea is to feed your subconscious mind to wake you up at a fixed time.

When you go to bed for sleeping, close your eyes and concentrate. Repeat in your mind 2-3 times that you have to wake up at 5am (say) and also why so?
The concentration part is very important.
And voila!! Next morning you might just find yourself awake at 4:55am, 5 minutes before the alarm goes off. Once you get to practice this you'll be perfect at at it. Or at least you can wake on the alarm.
