- this must be in your daily routine. “Early to bed early to rise”. if you will get up early, you will feel more energetic and fresh.
- Read books, articles, notes as much as you can. (if you will read everyday, then you will feel more confident and active.)
- Do meditation for 5 minutes everyday. (meditation will make you more calm and relaxed. it will reduce the anxiety.)
- Practice at evening, whatever you learned in day. (this will clear the doubts and will make your day worthy.)
- if you got stuck on any topic, just google about that topic and make a short note, read it and try to understand at the same time. (this will make your mind feel calm and free.)
- Don’t go so fast, read - understand - practice, mastered at one thing at a time, then take the next step.
