  2. Eat healthy food instead of junk foods. The junk foods that we eat nowadays would cause serious disease in the future. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables.
  3. 7 hours of sleep is a must. Don’t avoid it. Using mobiles before sleeping should be restricted.
  4. The person who says that they love you the most will not even look at you one day.
  5. Invest in yourself as much as you can. Not monetary investment, I'm talking about investing in your mental ability and physical strength.
  6. Stressing about "what will others think?" is a waste of time. They will think what they want anyway.
  7. Your weaknesses, accept them and interact with the world accordingly, work to improve or select work accordingly.
  8. Changes in the professional environment, ignoring them will soon make you obsolete, embrace and learn.
