I used to be very negative in everything, I did or was going to do. And because of this I used to be very stressed and my mind used to think randomly, whole time some thoughts would be running inside my mind and this was the reason I was not able to sleep at night.
I googled a lot about the solutions to this problem but I was not able to implement them. One day I thought I got to do something about it, because of this problem I was not able to concentrate neither I was able to finish any task.
So, I started spending time with myself and whenever I was alone I ask myself a few questions, related to the problems or things which were making me feel stressed, and after doing this I found myself getting out of my comfort zone and doing the things that used to make me feel scared or tensed.
Now I always follow the same procedure whenever something stops me from getting ahead. I analyse the outcome and I work on the solution to get rid of the problems as soon as possible.
