We think too much because we have hell lots of free time and very less works to do in our daily life. Whenever I am super busy my mind never thinks too much instead it keeps on working towards the goals that I have to achieve.
If someday I do not have to do anything or play any game that time I do overthinking and then all the peace of mind is gone and I feel restlessness inside me. Hence I realized that someway or the other I have to keep myself involved in some activities throughout the day so I could have a peaceful sleep at night.
When we are sitting idle our mind goes anywhere it wants if it’s not in our control and most of us have the mind out of control. So it’s better that we give our mind something really important and useful to work on so we could utilize our true potential towards our better future.
So, here is what I do when I have to sit idle or nothing to do at times.
- I read something at least a few pages of any book.
- I write or try something unusual in my writing.
- I go out and walk for a while and see the nature around me.
- Talk to someone who has tremendously positive attitude, it turns my mood upside down.
By following these things I can make things work even if nothing good is happening or mood is not cooperating with the activities, by doing all this, things seem to being normal and peaceful.
