  • Do not wake up late : By waking up late you do not only feel bad but also you ruin your whole day’s productivity.
  • Being negative : This literally will destroy you trust me, you can achieve nothing by being a negative thinker.
  • Taking every single thing seriously: This will turn your happiness into sadness, Give up seriousness.
  • Overthinking : Being an old overthinker, I can tell you this is something really bad for someone to keep thinking about their thoughts the whole time.
  • Talking bad about people and complaining:  We as a community should stop back biting and talking bad at the back of a person, we get nothing from that, we will only suffer from our mental health. we talk bad because we are insecure about ourselves for the same thing.

Give up all the bad habits as soon as possible, unless you want to destroy your life.



Look for new habits which are beneficial for you and your surroundings as well, so your life is not wasted here.
