Getting angry over small thing?

Being angry will never solve any problem in fact, it will create some other problems. Anger may result from frustration when our needs, desires, and goals are not being met. There we need to understand the actual reason and then work on the reason to fix the problem.

When we become angry, we may lose our patience and act impulsively, aggressively, or violently, in this situation we always do something which we should never do and when we realize our mistake or act, we regret it afterwards.

When we become angry our body feels stress and this stress on the body may produce many different health problems, such as hypertension, heart disease, and diminished immune system efficiency. Thus, from a health standpoint, avoiding physical illness is a motivation for controlling anger.

When we are angry at that time we act, as verbal abuse or intimidating or threatening behavior, often results in negative consequences. By seeing our that kind of behavior others will develop fear, resentment, and lack of trust towards us.

Although, the individual may feel better after an angry outburst, everyone else may feel worse. In the long term, these initial payoffs lead to negative consequences. And then things get messy and hard to get normal for people around the person who often get angry.

Becoming Aware of the reasons of Anger. To break the anger habit, you must develop an awareness of the events, circumstances, and behaviors of others that "trigger" your anger. This awareness also involves understanding the negative consequences that result from anger. Give a thought, before doing something which will lead your happy life towards a miserable life.
