Positive Habit is the strength:

Taking things positively and being an optimist is my strength so far. In any kind of situation if we are thinking positively and handling things with a calm mind then it does not feel like a burden or pressure on ourselves.

When we understand the situation and then work while focusing on things which are needed to be done at that time then we can cope with worse situations by learning something from them.



Being calm and positive helps our brain work properly and think beyond our limitations so we could find solutions to the problems. When we are calm and silent, we can see things and people more clearly but if we are panicked neither we can see nor think anything.

Positive behavior creates a positive working environment and also other people feel more comfortable working with a positive personality.

We feel happy and confident when we talk positively and it creates a healthy relationship with our family members and friends.

Positive behavior can be developed by:

  • Listening
  • Nurturing individuals’ strength
  • Being proactive, inspiring, and supportive to family and friends.
  • Expressing appreciation.

The positive behavior supports process involves goal identification, information gatheringhypothesis development, support plan design, implementation, and monitoring. It helps in developing a healthy lifestyle and gives a purpose in life to live a prosperous life.
