There are so many ways to improve one’s life but it depends whether they are going to follow whatever is being told to have a good life. No matter how many advices people give or you listen nothing will happen until you get up and start implementing them in your daily life.
A few points to be considered
while being in a daily routine:

· Workout for at least 20 minutes every day and rest on Saturday.
· Do not be judgmental to anyone.
· Have a small and good people’s
circle.
· If possible, give up to Facebook
and Instagram, you will have plenty of valuable time and energy.


Never be in hurry or do not expect a huge change in your life immediately. Great things take time, so must have patience and keep up with the works and good habits.
