1. If
somebody is angry at you, Don't shout back. Instead stay calm, listen to
what they have to say, tell them you understand why they are upset
& are behaving like that. Let them cool down, and you will notice
they would instantly apologize, and it will become easier to make them
understand your part of the story. The worst thing you can do to someone
who is being rude to you is smile, and be nice to them! The guilt will
only make their life harder afterwards! And they will constantly keep
wondering, why it didn't bother you.
