This
is for those people who wants to have control over their dream( not
full control but partial). Mostly introverts will be interested.
Here are the steps,
✓ Recall Your Dream
- As soon as you wake up, try to remember what you were dreaming about.
- It will be difficult to remember minute details. So write down what was your dream about.
- Focus on the detail and try to build a vivid picture of the dream
- Keep pen and paper next to your bed.
- If you remember only 1 thing, then write down it too. Your brain will get used to it and will prioritise things. After couple of days you will remember more things.
✓ Analyse Your Dream Signs
- After 2–3 weeks you can start to analyse and recognise events that keep happening.
- It can be a photo, a person, a place or an object.
✓ Reality Check
- Reality check is important because it allows you to determine whether you are dreaming or not.
- When you are dreaming, your brain finds it harder to continue the sequence. So try to check your watch or look away. ( If you have seen INCEPTION, you can relate this point to the movie.).
- You can also try to fly, or breathing while holding your nose and mouth closed.
- You can also try to utilise telekinetic abilities.
- From now on, whenever something amazing or unbelievable happens around you, try to do reality check. It must become your habit in daily life. It will naturally become a habit in your dream.

- Nightmares- Whenever some monster is chasing you down, use your superpowers. You can't easily die. Don't forget you are dreaming.
- You can travel to any place you can imagine of. Try to become Ironman and fly.
- This will give you control over your mind too. You will be blessed with patience and self confidence.
Note:
This technique will take time to master. I will recommend you to have
faith in this technique. Positive mentality is important.
