Start a fresh day and Be more productive !

These are the following things you should start with a fresh day to be more productive and happy.

  • TAKE EACH DAY AS A FRESH START

This is a lot easier said than done, but it is a beneficial habit to start practicing. Try not to let your stresses and worries carry over into another day, it's just going to make your days progressively more stressful if you do so.

  • LISTEN TO MUSIC

Music has the power to change your perspective and your overall mood

  • MAKE YOUR BED EVERYDAY

Making your bed in the morning can encourage you to be more productive throughout your day

Reading expands your knowledge immensely

  • Listen to audiobooks In this day and age, all sorts of books and pieces of information are available merely a click of a button away, so to become smarter, you can download some audiobooks and listen to them
  • Do not spend much time on social media social media sites do have their benefits as it allows you to get in touch with old friends, yet at the same time spending too much of your time, browsing through your home page is an activity which does not stimulate your mind at all, rather on the contrary it is rather mind numbing! So find more productive ways to spend your time.
  • Simple exercise will help you with great deal throughout your day To be smarter and to think clearly and concisely you have to have a healthy body as well. Initially, you might find exercising very tiring but over time you will realize that exercising does you a world of good.
  • Spend sometime with nature It is a universally accepted fact that nature is the best teacher. Even if you happen to spend at least ten minutes of your day in a park or a garden not only will it do you a world of good in terms of being able to calm as well as sooth your mind, but it will also help you take notice of how beautiful Gods creation is.
  • Ask Questions when you have doubt Nowadays many of us have the misconception that if we ask questions we run the risk of others thinking that we are silly or foolish. However, no matter what, you should never shy away from asking questions as well as clearing doubts.
  • Meditation (5–10 minutes) Close your eyes and express gratitude for this day. Gratitude unlocks within you a view of abundance, as opposed to scarcity.

Hope this helps !
