Yoga and Workout !

 I can not guarantee you but it has impacted my life so far. I never took yoga and workouts so seriously and always acted like it meant nothing for me. The time I started getting into this I saw changes in my action and thought process immediately after doing for a few days. I realized how important these two things are when going with it as everyday routine.   

                                  

Even if I do yoga for 10minutes in the morning it makes my whole day and fills my mind with peace and I feel energized after doing it. I would recommend you to try this out at least for five days and see the transformation in your behavior and thoughts.

As we always crave for something new and unusual things to happen to us or the others so our mind can experience something that is rare. Yoga is like that only it makes our mind experience something which is not usual for us.

When I see myself before 5 months and now, I could tell you how it has impacted me in my daily life. I have been a disaster and now I am like a calm ocean with huge space inside to accept and face anything which is in my way.

There is always something really beautiful for us, We will never know until we experience it through ourselves !
